Custom OEM · Modular Steel Systems
Any size, any angle,
bolted in a day, not welded.
We fabricate the full system — frame, panels, and floor-level kickboard — cut to your exact space, so it lands on site as numbered modules that go together with a wrench, not a welder.
Live Adjustment Range
Measured the way a framer would: straight up off the floor is 90°. Climbers call that same position "0°" and count overhang from there — we build to both.
Sizing
If it's sold as a training board, we can frame it.
Send us the footprint and hole spacing of the format you're running, and we cut steel and panels to match it — including sizes not listed below.
Format names above describe dimensions and hole-pattern references only. SCT Climbing is an independent structural manufacturer — we are not licensed by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any training-board brand, and we do not supply branded holds, LEDs, or software.
Angle System
-15° to 70°, held mechanically.
The frame swings past vertical into a slight roof for footwork drills, and up to a steep 70° overhang for power training — set by hand crank or motor, and locked in place before anyone touches the wall.
A note on the numbers: -15° to 70° follows the usual climbing-wall convention, where dead vertical (90° off the floor) is called "0°." Measured the way an engineer or installer would — straight off the floor — that's the same range as 105° to 20°. Our drawings and quotes can use either.
Kickboard
A base panel that fits your floor, not the other way around.
Mat thickness, sprung floors, and slab tolerances differ by gym. Rather than shipping a fixed skirt height, we build the kickboard to your measured gap so the wall sits flush with no site-cut plywood.
Measured to your gap
Kickboard height is set from your on-site measurement — flooring, matting, and slab variance included — not a fixed factory default.
No site trimming
Because it's cut to spec before shipping, installers bolt it straight in — no cutting plywood to close a gap on install day.
Replaceable on its own
If flooring changes later — a new mat system, a re-poured slab — the kickboard can be swapped without touching the rest of the frame.
การติดตั้ง
Every panel is numbered. You bring the wrench.
The wall arrives as a set of pre-cut, pre-drilled modules keyed to an installation drawing — panels and frame members bolt to marked points, so your crew doesn't need welding equipment or on-site fabrication.
Unpack & sort
Panels and frame members arrive labeled to match the installation drawing.
Set the frame
Steel modules bolt together at pre-drilled points — no cutting or welding on site.
Fix the panels
Climbing panels and kickboard screw directly to the frame per the numbered layout.
Set & test the angle
Run the frame through its full -15° to 70° range and confirm the mechanical lock at each stop.
Process
Five steps from drawing to first climb.
Send requirements
Space dimensions, target format, and floor/mat detail for the kickboard.
CAD approval
Drawings for sign-off, typically returned in 24–48 hours.
Fabrication
Steel, panels, and kickboard are cut and modularized off-site.
QC & packing
Every module is checked, labeled, and protective-wrapped before shipping.
Bolt assembly
On-site install with drawings and remote support — no welding.
